~ How do I make a reservation for The Fearrington House Country Inn.
Please use our online reservation system or call us at (919) 542.2121 for reservations.
~ What times are check-in and check-out at The Fearrington House Inn?
Check-in at The Fearrington House is from 3pm. Check-out is by 12noon.
~ Are Afternoon Tea and Breakfast included in the room rate?
Yes, both Afternoon Tea and Breakfast are included in the room rate.
~ When are Afternoon Tea and Breakfast served?
Afternoon Tea is served to inn guests from 4-5pm daily.  Weekday breakfast is served from 7.30am-9.30am and weekend breakfast from 7.30am-10am. Room Service is also available.
~ How many rooms does the Inn have?
There 35 rooms and suites located in 2 areas - the courtyard and the Park building. More about our rooms>>
~ Can I arrange for flowers to be in my room for arrival?
We would be delighted to arrange flowers for your room for arrival. Arrangements start at $45 and are created by our on on-site florist, Mary Stevens at Bluebirds & Hollyhocks.
~ Are pets welcome?
Unfortunately, The Fearrington House does not allow pets. (Seeing eye dogs are an exception).
~ Are the rooms non-smoking?
All of our rooms are non-smoking.
~ Are children welcome?
Yes, children are welcome.
~  Do you offer rollaways or cribs?
Due to Federal & State Fire Codes we do not offer roll-aways or cribs.
~  Do you have an handicapped accessible rooms?
Yes, we have one handicapped accessible room, and can also accommodate other rooms to fit your needs.
~  May I invite additional guests to breakfast?
Yes, Inn guests are welcome to invite additional guests for breakfast. There is a fee of $15 per additional guest.
~  Are Breakfast or Afternoon Tea open to regular guests?
Breakfast and Afternoon Tea at the Fearrington House are only available for Inn Guests.  Reservations are not required.
~  What is there to do in the area?

Payment/Cancellation Details
~  What types of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, check, Mastercard, Visa & America Express.
~  What is your deposit policy?
Reservations are confirmed and guaranteed to a credit card at the time of booking.
~  What is your cancellation policy?
Any changes or cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to arrival.

Restaurant Information
~  What is the dress code for dinner, afternoon tea & breakfast?
For dinner we recommend coat & tie for gentleman. There is not a dress code for Breakfast and Afternoon Tea
~  What type of food does the Fearrington House serve?
The Fearrington House Restaurant serves an international cuisine with a southern and French influence focusing on local produce.
~  How do I go about making reservations at The Fearrington House Restaurant or The Old Granary Restaurant?
Please call us for reservations at 919.542.2121.
~  Do you have a corkage fee at The Fearrington House Restaurant?
Yes - $25 per bottle.
~  Do you offer substitutions for dietary or vegetarian needs?
Yes. Please advise us when making your dinner reservation.

Directions/Transport
~  How do I get to the Fearrington House Inn?
The Fearrington House is located 8 miles south of Chapel Hill on US15-501. For directions, please visit our directions page online.
~  How far is the Fearrington House Inn from the RDU airport?
We are about 26 miles (42 kilometres) from the airport and the drive takes approximately 30 Minutes
~  Does The Fearrington House Inn provide a shuttle service to and from the airport?
Unfortunately we do not provide a shuttle service but we can recommend the limousine service, Primetime Limousine 877.610.3164.
